Some pretty poor driving standards this week @ Monza.
The team had a strong car with good promise of a top 10 result. What should have been a straight forward fuel saving strategy, turned out to become a 2 stopper that cost me dearly.
Race Summary:
Lap 3 i ran over some curbing to avoid a potential collision. The penalty of which was a meatball, a slow car for 3 laps and an extra run through pit lane. Exiting nearly last on track after the first stop i was committed to run as fast as i possible without getting caught up in traffic.
