I purchased this because the Athena no longer works on Mac OS X El Capitain (10.11). It was instantly recognized by the C2 Utility program, but it did not that a had been inserted. I installed the latest driver (apparently, a beta version) from and restarted my computer, and the worked properly. Glad to be able to log my rows on my again!
