Ben creates a secure dog door by hacking readily available parts. He decides to hack a key fob and dog shock collar, first tearing them apart to find a way to interface them. Ben demonstrates how the 555 timer makes this project work. The circuit boards are stripped down and fit into an enclosure for the collar.
