All of our products are sold to enjoy the following service:
First, all of the returns need to send back to our designated service location, they will be fixed and replaced new after we test and confirm.
Second, for the products what have been disassembled and damaged due to human causes, if they needs to replace, you need to pay the repair costs. Need to charge for man-made damage.
Third, Any technical support needs, please call us.
No warranty for the followings:
o Unauthorized alteration and damage barcode;
o Barcode on warranty card and model is not match up with products.
o Damage caused by the return shipments;
o Problem or damage caused by the force majeure , such as earthquake, fires, floods, lightning;
o Problem and damage caused by other factors like design, technology, manufacturing, quality which is not from our products.
